Kelly Sherman is a carbon market strategist, RPF, and ISO 14064-certified professional with an MBA in Finance and over 25 years of experience building Indigenous partnerships across Canada. His work focuses on scaling growth, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable climate impact — with a particular emphasis on Africa and Indigenous-led carbon initiatives.

As the Canadian orchestrator of CAPSA Carbon, Kelly connects South African technology and talent to Canadian Indigenous projects through a cross-corridor execution network. He is also active in Indigenous economic development through First People Venture Capital — supporting M&A and investment opportunities connecting First Nations with strategic investors — and Indigitech Solutions, which delivers tailored IT and digital infrastructure to Indigenous businesses.

Ziyanda Mngadi

Ziyanda Mngadi is a communications and engagement professional with over a decade of experience across the public, NGO, and education sectors. Her background spans diplomatic communications, digital fundraising and campaign management, event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and English language facilitation across international contexts including East Asia in South Korea.

She holds a BA Honours Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and a TEFL qualification from Wits Language School, and has written for The Diplomatic Society. Ziyanda currently supports Sherman Ventures & Advisory in a communications and liaison capacity, bridging the South African and Canadian sides of the network with precision and professionalism.
